In 2021, Grace signed a contract with Ambassador International for her first book, Real Recovery: What Eating Disorder Recovery Actually Looks Like, which released on February 22, 2022. Throughout her book, she shares the hard-but-honest truths that she needed to hear during her own recovery journey. She wants every young woman who’s battling an eating disorder to know that even though recovery may take more time, energy, and effort than they expected, recovery is worth it and is possible through God’s healing.

Grace McCready is a twenty-something author and speaker.
