Christmas is almost here, and TTT is doing something special to celebrate! Today's post is a video interview I recently did with my author friend (and fellow single girl) Cally Logan. Later this week, TTT will turn eight years old. Though each blogiversary post I've written has been a bit different, they normally have a common theme: my writing dreams (i.e., how I hope to achieve them, what God is teaching me through them, etc.). This blogiversary post celebrating eight years of TTT posts follows that theme.
It was clear to me that Madison lacked respect for her fiancé—and that marrying him wasn’t going to solve that problem. If I could’ve asked her one question after hearing her critical comment, I would’ve asked this: “Do you actually respect your fiancé, or are you just marrying him to check the ‘marriage box' off your ‘life to-do list’?” Honestly, I don’t think enough girls ask themselves that question.

For the past (Two? Three? Four? More?) years, it feels like I’ve been walking through a boy wasteland. To be blunt, boys—specifically Christian single boys who are romantically interested in this Christian single girl—feel scarce. And to be even more blunt, even though I know Thanksgiving is approaching and I’m supposed to give thanks during this time of year, it’s hard to be thankful to God—who I know is capable of turning my boy wasteland into a flourishing paradise but hasn't.
But regardless of my opinion of Mamma Mia!, it objectively defied the biblical view of marriage. Unfortunately, I can never get the 108 minutes back that I spent watching it; but I hope to save you that time.
This post isn’t about what attracts guys in general—because guys who follow Jesus (hopefully) prioritize very different things than guys who don’t follow Jesus. However, this post is about how to attract guys who follow Jesus and two ways you can do that based on 1 Peter 3:3-4.

Let’s go back to 2018 when Domenick Nati interviewed her and specifically asked if homosexuality is sinful. (Yes, I realize 2018 was five years ago. But I feel more passionate now than I ever have about her response—hence this post). And in essence, she told Domenick, “Well, I can’t respond to that because I’m not God." I can't help but cringe when I think about that response.
