- Smile 🙂
- Thank someone (a cashier, waitress, sibling, friend, co-worker, etc.)
- Perform a random act of kindness (wash the dishes for your mom, buy a piece of candy for your little brother, bake cookies for your neighbor, etc.)
- Write an encouraging letter or email to a missionary
- Pray for someone in need
- Praise or compliment someone
- Mail an encouraging note and a tract or verse to a random address in your town and pray for the person who will receive it
- Leave a special gift for a relative, a friend, or even a stranger
- Hold the door open for someone
- Talk to a lonely student, co-worker, or friend
Though sometimes the concept of being Christlike can seem vague, I hope these ideas make it a little easier to see how you can be like Him and show His love this week!
“I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another.” (John 13:34-35 NASB)
