Though sometimes the concept of being Christlike can seem vague, I hope that these 10 ideas make it a little easier to share His love with others this week:
- Smile.
- Thank someone (a cashier, waitress, sibling, friend, coworker, etc.).
- Perform a random act of kindness (wash the dishes for your mom, buy a toy for your little brother, bake cookies for your neighbor, etc.).
- Write an encouraging letter or email to a missionary.
- Pray for someone in need.
- Praise or compliment someone.
- Mail a card to someone at your church who recently lost a loved one.
- Send a special gift to an extended family member or friend.
- Hold the door open for someone
- Talk to a lonely classmate or coworker.
“I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another.” (John 13:34-35 NASB)
