Special Announcements for TTT

Hello, friends! I hope you’re having a fantastic day! This post is full of special announcements for Tizzie’s Tidbits of Truth that I can’t wait for you to read about.

Website Update

1. About & Contact

I added a bunch of new info about myself and TTT on this page so that you can get to know me better and understand why I do TTT. Plus, I added a contact form in case you want to get in touch with me. This contact form is specifically for if you’re interested in having me speak/write or if you’re interested in joining the pre-order signup list for my book.

2. The Book

Yes, I finally wrote a book! It has been a crazy few months, but I’m very excited for the months ahead. You can find out more details about my book on this page, and you can join the pre-order signup list. As soon as a pre-order link is available, you’ll be notified via email so that you can purchase it! I can’t wait for you to read about my journey through anorexia and my journey through recovery that followed.

3. Speaking

As a new author, the speaking thing is new to me. But I’m oh-so-excited about it! I’ve had a few speaking opportunities (and have a few more in the works), and I’d love to find more speaking opportunities! If you’re interested in having me speak, this is the page to visit.

4. The Blog

Nothing has changed with the blog! This is the same blog that you’ve been reading since 2015. A new post comes out every week, and there are several posts that I’m excited to share with you in the near future.

More About the Book

Stay tuned for the following updates on my blog that will be about my new book, Real Recovery: What Eating Disorder Recovery Actually Looks Like:

1. Cover Reveal – November 16, 2021

2. Sneak Peek Inside the Book – November 30, 2021

3. What Other People are Saying – December 14, 2021

Thank You

When you read TTT, I definitely hope that it encourages you. But I also want you to know that it encourages me. I love when you share positive feedback about my writing, so thank you very much! You are a wonderful audience, and I look forward to how God is going to use us in each other’s lives in the future. He deserves all the glory.

But we should always give thanks to God for you, brothers and sisters beloved by the Lord, because God has chosen you from the beginning for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and faith in the truth. It was for this He called you through our gospel, that you may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. So then, brothers and sisters, stand firm and hold on to the traditions which you were taught, whether by word of mouth or by letter from us. Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace, comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good work and word. (1 Thessalonians 2:13-17 NASB)
